Miguel Angel Ramirez, A.K.A. Mike Ramirez, moved to the United States in 1983 from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico where he was born. Mike learned early on in life to follow a set of core values which began with loyalty, honesty, fairness, and respect for others. These core values laid the foundation for what he has become today.
Mike graduated from the University of Puerto Rico-Ramey base branch in 1979, where he obtained an A.A. degree in Electronics Technology. He was then hired to work as an Electronics Technician in an offshore branch of an American company. After four years, he was hired by a company in Camarillo, California, to work in quality control. From there, he once again became an Electronics Technician, and after four more years, he decided to start a new career in Real Estate in 1987. He has never looked back since. From being a Real Estate Broker, a Mortgage Broker, and also receiving a license as a Real Estate Broker in Florida, Mike has assisted over 3,000 homeowners achieve their dream of owning a home over his Real Estate career.
While in California, he managed over 50 agents and taught mortgage loans for 12 years. He also wrote chapters on FHA financing for a community college textbook. In 2007, he moved to Florida and was hired by local banks, such as Wells Fargo and HSBC, to manage and sell their portfolio of Bank Owned properties or REOs, which he successfully did for almost 8 years. Since the REO inventory diminished, he decided to go back to promoting retail real estate sales in the private sector once again. To this day, he follows the core values he learned early on, which have made him a successful Real Estate agent and a great father.
